The Switch&Save EPOS Retail EPOS Bundle puts a full counter set-up in one order: a double-screen EPOS till, a barcode scanner, a cash drawer and a receipt printer, Switch&Save EPOS retail software set up for your shop type, and a card machine. You own the hardware; the monthly service plan keeps the software updated, backed up and supported.
Who it is for
Choose your shop type in the options above and Switch&Save EPOS starts with the tiles, age checks and reports that suit it. You can change any of it later in Settings.
- Grocery and halal butcher: sell by the kilo from the scale, scan scale labels, and keep wastage and short dates under control.
- Convenience store and off-licence: Challenge 25 age checks, lottery, tobacco and vape rules, price-marked packs and deposit items.
- Pharmacy: GSL, P and POM rules at the till, a pharmacist PIN for P medicines and a dispensing register.
- Hair and beauty salon: services and retail together, the client’s name on every held bill, gift vouchers and loyalty points.
- Clothing and footwear: sizes and colours under one style, quick exchanges, barcode labels and stock for every variant.
- Newsagent: news sale-or-return, news vouchers, age checks and an optional parcel counter.
- Cash and carry and wholesale: trade accounts with credit limits, case and single selling and a manager PIN on big discounts.
- Phone shop and repairs: repairs held under the customer’s name, deposits, and handsets and accessories with stock.
- Dry cleaner and laundry: tickets under a name, deposit and collect, and wash and fold by the kilo.
- General retail: the standard till for gift, homeware, toy, hardware and other shops, set up your way in Settings.

- Double-screen EPOS till running Switch&Save EPOS, with a screen for the customer.
- Barcode scanner: a desktop 2D barcode scanner, or upgrade to a handheld scanner with stand for £20 + VAT.
- 80 mm receipt printer and a cash drawer.
- Card machine: included in both packages, subject to approval; on the Upfront Package you choose your card provider. Card processing fees are separate.
- 24-month return-to-base warranty on the hardware.
Optional add-ons in the options above: a weighing scale, a rear customer display, an extra receipt printer and an extra cash drawer. You pay only for what you add.
Choose your package
Both packages include the same hardware and a 12-month minimum term. The difference is the upfront price, the monthly service plan and the card machine.

What the monthly Cloud & Care plan covers
The monthly fee is a service plan, not a payment for the hardware, which is yours. It covers:
- Cloud: sales, products and reports sync to the web portal, so you can see your reports and manage your tills from anywhere.
- Automatic cloud backup of your products, sales and settings.
- Software updates: new features, security updates and UK rule changes such as VAT, installed automatically.
- UK support: remote support Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, by phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Card machine as set out for your package, and set-up help: we help load your products and train your team, as agreed in your order.
Switch&Save EPOS features
- Ready for your trade on day one: Pick your shop type at set-up and the till comes set up for it.
- Made for UK shops: UK VAT and VAT return, Challenge 25, price-marked packs and HFSS offer rules.

How ordering works
- Choose your package, shop type and any add-ons above.
- Pay at checkout the upfront price plus your first month: £428 + VAT for the Complete Package or £924 + VAT for the Upfront Package. Checkout asks for your company name and confirms that you are buying for your business.
- Card machine approval: the Complete Package needs your card machine (merchant) application to be approved. If it isn’t approved, you can switch to the Upfront Package and pay the difference, or have a full refund, including the first month.
- Set-up help: we help load your products and train your team, as agreed in your order.
- Monthly service plan: collected automatically each month after that.
Terms in brief
- For business customers only. Once paid, the order is binding.
- Before dispatch, an order can be cancelled only with our written agreement, less non-recoverable supplier, configuration, restocking and delivery costs.
- No change-of-mind returns or refunds after delivery or installation.
- Damaged on arrival: tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will repair or replace it. Faults are covered by the 24-month return-to-base warranty (exclusions in the terms).
- Software and set-up are non-refundable once activated. Monthly fees are non-refundable, with no partial-month refunds.
- 12-month minimum term: no cancellation for convenience during it, and ending early means an early termination charge. After 12 months the plan is monthly rolling with 30 days’ written notice.
- Cancelling a Direct Debit or card payment does not end the agreement. If a payment is missed, the service can be suspended 7 days after notice; fees remain due, with statutory interest and recovery costs.

Can I return the till if I change my mind?
No. We sell to businesses only, and there are no change-of-mind returns once the hardware is delivered. If anything arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll repair or replace it. Faults are covered by the 24-month return-to-base warranty.
Which card machines work with it?
DNA Payments, Teya and Dojo terminals are built in, so the amount goes to the card machine and is never keyed twice. A card machine is included in both packages; on the Upfront Package you choose your card provider.
Can I bring my products from my old till?
Yes. Import products, offers, customers, suppliers, users and stock from Excel or CSV, or straight from eight other till systems.
